Noemi has been providing exceptional service to our customers for more than 9 years and is known and loved by all who walk in the door. "I'm a native Texan and army brat, and I have had the opportunity to have traveled around the world. My husband Jimmy and I have lived in the Killeen area since 2005 and have raised two wonderful kids. I became a licensed insurance agent in 2014 after graduating from CTC in office management. I am Kalynn's current Service and Office Manager and will typically be the first voice you hear when calling our office...and the first smile you see when you walk in the door. Brandi has been with me for a little over 3 years, and has become a pivotal part of the team. She is responsible for helping Noemi take care of our current customers and does an amazing job at making sure she treats them like family. Prior to switching careers, she was an assistant manager for a family owned business, and has stepped into this new role with excitement and enthusiasm for what is ahead of her. She moved here from Tennessee with her son to be closer to family and we couldn't be more grateful that she decided to join us. She has a personality that captivates anyone she comes in contact with and truly enjoys helping people. I am looking forward to watching her grow and I know you won't be disappointed if you have the opportunity to have Brandi take care of you in our office!

Alicia has been with me for a little over 4 years, and is someone who is sure to make your day just a little bit better after talking to her! "My name is Alicia Vahrenkamp. I have lived in Central Texas for the past 18 years after moving routinely as an Army kid. I was born in Germany and have lived in more places then I can count. I have been married 12 years and have two wonderful kids. I love working out and spending time with my family. I have been in a customer service position for over 12 years and love helping others. I have a very caring and serving heart. I wanted to join the insurance business to help others protect their future and the future of those they love." Tory started with me in October of 2022 and she has rapidly become a part of our family. She is a joy to have in the office, has a heart of absolutely pure gold and is always willing to help anyone who needs the help. She is intelligent and kind and I can tell that all of that passion for helping others spills over into her career and everyone who comes in contact with her will be sure to see it also. She is a mom of 2 little ones, a military wife and she absolutely loves to cook and bake. She is the youngest of 11 siblings, so she has a huge family, and she says there is never a dull moment. She loves animals and has a lab boxer mix and she loves to sing. I am hoping she is with me for many more years to come. Concetta is truly one of the most genuine and kind human beings I have ever met. She has such a passion for helping and it comes so natural for her. She has worked for State Farm since October 2021 and was previously with Terry Strickland, but I look forward to seeing what she accomplishes in her role with me. She says that a sloth is her spirit animal and she enjoys simplicity and the smaller joys of life. She has 2 goldendoodles that she spoils and loves and is originally from Italy. She moved to the states when she was young, but speaks Italian and loves to cook. She loves to cook and is always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally. Katie is our newest team member and has caught on extremely quickly. She is so genuine in her passion to help that you can tell she truly cares about helping every single person she talks to. Not only does she really want to make a difference, but she strives to be the kind of person her children look up to. A little bit more about her is that she was born on Fort Hood and raised a little bit of everywhere due to her family being military. However, Texas is, and always will be her home. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, reading or enjoying some quiet time. She has both of her licenses and has had no issues fitting in. She will make you feel taken care of and loved just by chatting with her.
