"Started policy and within a month 97 became 167 okay no biggie, got a new vehicle and they ran the Vin and info for the financing lien holder. Sent them phot copy of additional drivers ID and then only a short few days later I get a text and an email saying it's going to jump again by another 57 dollars because of the information for driver being put in wrong? I sent a photo copy ID before I signed for the previous 167 bill. I argued it, and I argued hard. Declined paying more than what I signed, your signed contract also means nothing. Felt like pulling teeth to get information that wasn't vague. Felt very money hungry to me. Emails wanting me to sign and responses when I tried to ask whys/what for things that didn't make any sense to me became very passive aggressive. My attitude then became equally passive aggressive I expected more professional detailed emails and de escalation methods for those who work with people every day. Granted me transferring is no loss to them. I was just a number that has been there less than a month. Got sent emails basically being told to sign with no information as to what I was signing. Says it's "for my bill" but the price isn't listed nor any changes that were made, so no. I'm not signing without explicit terms when it comes to money. No that my signature means anything on these documents anyways. How much are we agreeing to? Why the change? And what changed? Incorrect driver info cost me another 57 dollars? Got conflicting information from multiple people. One said I couldn't remove the driver and another did exactly that the next day. Interestingly enough the additional driver wasn't the cost jump since if we took him off completely the price never wavered not even a bit. No military discount but my partners SF provider does? That I dont know how it works. I got frustrated and started a transfer to my partners provider. Only blessing is Naomi she gets my 5 star she was communicative, reliable and just amazingly informative if she could be in charge of my policy I would have felt better cared for. I would not recommend this office as a new customer. It was so easy to set up at first and the first cost increase was understandable, then the second to 167 was doable but when the third came up and I didn't immediately just agree to pay like the first 2 times the attitude of everyone changed and communication ceased to be professional or informative. Unprofessional experience within 2 weeks speaks loud among all these 4 and 5 stars reviews I was disappointed To your reply. No there was no waiting for over a month to sign up I started the full process with you same day I bought the second car the jeep. I signed with you before I ever drove it off the lot! The 166 was quoted and signed for on march 10th this year (over a month really? Today is the 30th of the same minth. Try again. All the pricing changes are dated in the emails. I signed both cars up at the same time and we all know that i can provide proof for that. The first price change was when running the Vin number as you stated from 97 to 166. That's was totally fine for both cars I can provide statement for proof of that as well. BUT I sent you his photo ID in email BEFORE the price increase to 166 can provide proof. You should have reviewed the information on his photo ID I sent to you if the date was wrong. Again I get that what I do not get is of I take him off the price increase of 57 dollars doesn't decrease or negate in ANY way. If you're saying his information and addition to my policy is the reason for 57 dollars which you DID. Then taking him off and removing should lessen that cost no? But it didn't. So the 57 increase is linked to another factor as well. Try again. You also did not give me solutions. I had to demand my policy to see what was listed and what discounts were applied to which was like pulling teeth and I responded in kind to the passive aggresive attitude, I'll admit that. You did not offer any solution to decrease 223 dollars. I finished our agreement by finding a new policy holder. I solved it"
